FAQs
RAW wedding photos are not provided, as they are unedited and don’t reflect the final quality of our work. For storage reasons, RAW files are also deleted one month after the edited images are delivered.
We do not record the full wedding ceremony due to logistical challenges, limited hard drive capacity for large raw files, and time constraints. This allows us to focus our attention on capturing the most meaningful moments with the highest possible quality.
Sneak peek photos are not guaranteed, but if there is time in our schedule, they are typically delivered within three days after the wedding, depending on overall workload.
Other than the travel included in our packages, any additional travel will incur an extra charge. This helps cover rising fuel costs, toll fees, and unforeseen expenses such as extended off-road travel that may risk vehicle damage. These charges ensure we can fairly account for the additional time, wear, and costs involved.
Certain photos may or may not be included in your wedding gallery, and the same applies to your highlights film. It’s important to communicate verbally or in writing any specific shots or moments you want us to focus on. If we are not informed, there’s a risk that particular photos or film moments may not be captured, and we cannot be held accountable for any missed content due to lack of communication.
Yes, additional hours beyond what’s included in the signed quotation are charged at R1,000 per hour. While overtime can be arranged, it is generally not recommended. Throughout the day, we are on our feet, constantly carrying and setting up equipment, moving between the bride and groom, and making sure we capture every moment on time. By the end of the evening, this physical effort, along with depleted batteries and overall fatigue, affects our focus and stamina. Extending coverage can compromise the quality of our work and safe travel home, even when overtime is paid.
